I was unable to attend the service, but my Husband did. He said the banner across the wreath which I ordered for my father-in law for his sister was to read Beloved Sister.... was only a 1 inch white satin sash that had silver writing which you could barely read even if you were right in front of it. He said the same was true for the sprays the other family members ordered. The pink roses were a little darker then the picture indicates, but was still a beautiful arrangement.

The ribbon phrase was misspelled. On my request I wrote “Flia. Martinez Perez” and the ribbon said “Fila Martinez Perez” The word Flia. Is an abbreviation for Familia in Spanish and the word Fila means Line which it didn’t make sense. Needless to say it was embarrassing to see that ribbon displayed.

Instead of soft pastel classy flowers, the florist used hot pink roses and carnations, with pink flowers possibly lillies. I spoke to the funeral home and showed the pic of what is was suppose to look like compared to what was made. I used the funeral homes website to order the flowers since I was not familiar with florists in the area. I had a false sense of security of thinking the order would be as advertised.
